We will attend up to 2  visits per venue, and you will have access to our preferred vendors list of the 3 vendors of your choice. You will get a wedding binder, itinerary for the bride and groom, floor plan assistance, and access to our emergency kit. We will provide a rehearsal itinerary, assist with decor setup and handle payments and gratuities of all vendors. Day of coordination will consist of 8-10 hours and we will have complete communication with vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding.

Help Me: The Help Me package is for the couple who just wants some help! Whether that's putting a vision board together, asking for suggestions, or an overview to see if you have forgotten something while planning-we are here to help! To book these hour time slots for just $50, please select Help Me Meetings under the menu item Book A Consultation.

We will attend up to 4 visits per venue, and you will have access to our preferred vendors list of the 5 vendors of your choice.You will get a wedding binder, complete itinerary for the bridal party, assistance with the floor plan and seating chart, and access to our emergency kit. We will manage RSVPs within a month, help with your budget, and coordinate the rehearsal. We will help with decor setup and tear down, be in charge of payments and gratuities for all vendors, and provide day of coordination for 10-12 hours. We will be in complete management of vendors 1 month prior to wedding and coordinate transportation.

We will coordinate the rehearsal, setup and tear down the decor, be in charge of payments and gratuities, and have day-of coordination for 12+ hours. We will have complete management with vendors throughout the entire process, coordinate transportation, and coordinate hotel welcome gifts for out of town guests.We will assist in the bridal party attire selection, and we will have complete design and execution of the wedding.

Party in a box let's us curate all the decor, games, fun, and prizes for your party on your budget. Order a box at least two weeks in advance of your party, answer the questions at checkout, and we will contact you if we need more information. Pickup will be 2-3 days before the event and items will be labeled and have instructions. You get to keep everything.
