This events package includes a free consultation and unlimited communication. We have complete planning of the event with or without client input. We will setup and tear down the event.

Party in a box let's us curate all the decor, games, fun, and prizes for your party on your budget. Order a box at least two weeks in advance of your party, answer the questions in the google form, and we will contact you for payment. Pickup will be 2-3 days before the event and shipping can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. The items will be labeled and have instructions. You get to keep everything.

Picture this: A wedding coordinator, sprinting across campus to help move the bride (while recruiting others along the way), all within a limited time frame, without anyone seeing her. True story! As your wedding coordinators, we want you to know it’s okay to change your mind the day of your wedding—we are prepared for whatever is thrown our way. When you hire us to coordinate your wedding you not only get us sprinting when needed, but a whole lot of other things too!

  You will have unlimited communication with your coordinators and are guaranteed 1-2 in person meetings before your wedding date. Beginning a month before your wedding, we’ll handle all vendor communications to ensure every detail is in place. You'll receive a customized rehearsal itinerary and a detailed day-of schedule for your bridal party, so everyone knows exactly what to do. Depending on the complexity of your event, you'll have one or two dedicated coordinators overseeing the ceremony and reception, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Plus, you'll have access to our exclusive emergency backpack, stocked with essentials (yes, including a steamer!) to handle any last-minute hiccups.
